Description

This is an attempt to modernize an ancient format. The biggest problem textboards have is that typing and reading text is boring. I tried to make typing and reading a bit more fun with cool text animations and effects. I also have a unique moderation system where the creators of threads are allowed to moderate discussion by being able to mute and kick trolls, spammers, bad faith commenters, and thread derailers. I hope that these tools allow for communities to set their own rules and norms.

{# Ad rails are position:fixed (see app.css's .sponsor-rail), so moving them after
in source order is purely cosmetic for the DOM -- visually they stay pinned left/right exactly as before. Put here so a linear text reader (an automated site-verification crawler, a screen reader, a search engine) hits the real page content first instead of a wall of repeated "Open slot" ad-placeholder filler before ever reaching a sentence about what Nicheloom is. #}
