Description
Hey everyone,Through my career, I've spent too many hours and too much mental load on busywork like scheduling and following up on people's availabilities. So, I built Carrie. You simply cc her into your emails, and she sorts out meeting times across time zones, finds what works best for everyone, confirms the meeting and sends the invite. She handles scenarios beyond what Calendly can handle and it’s been freeing me up from the back-and-forth of juggling different meeting requests.I’ve been testing this with a beta group of users and am now looking to expand the user pool (please feel free to join the waitlist if you're interested).Would also love feedback on whether this seems useful and what seems to be missing to make this part of your workflow. Thanks!

Could you build this?
Partial The front-end and email intake webhook are easy to create, but robust autonomous scheduling across multi-party calendars with high reliability and zero hallucinated calendar invites is notoriously fragile.
What it would actually take: The stack involves an email parsing pipeline (e.g., Postmark/Sendgrid incoming webhooks), bidirectional calendar API integrations (Google Calendar, Microsoft Graph), and an LLM orchestration agent with strict deterministic state machine guardrails. The core difficulty lies in robust edge-case handling (time zone shifts, daylight savings, cancellations, conflicting updates) without misbooking meetings or entering infinite email loops. It requires extensive QA engineering and reliable deterministic scheduling engine logic.

Attention rank: #35 of 62 (itself plus its competitors, highest first — normalized so YC and Product Hunt are compared fairly).
Looks like the first mover among its competitors.

Same idea, different domain
Nobody's really built a crm & pipeline tool for Fintech yet.
