Partial Capturing camera and audio streams in HTML5 is simple, but computing acoustic camera overlays (sound localization) from microphone arrays requires advanced beamforming or phase-difference audio DSP.
What it would actually take: A true acoustic camera ('seeing sounds') uses multi-channel microphone arrays to calculate Time Difference of Arrival (TDOA) or generalized cross-correlation (GCC-PHAT) to project sound intensity onto a 2D camera coordinate plane. Implementing this in the browser requires Web Audio API AudioWorklets or C++/Wasm to process multi-channel raw audio buffers at low latency, and calibrate microphone geometry with the webcam's field of view.
