Terms of Service

By accessing or using Nicheloom (“the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and anyone who accesses the Service.

Nicheloom provides a curated library of niche SaaS ideas sourced from real pain points from Reddit and App Store reviews. Subscribers may save ideas, generate AI-powered product previews and CLAUDE.md spec files, and claim exclusive building rights to ideas.

You may sign in via Google, GitHub, or email magic link. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. Nicheloom is not liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised access to your account. You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.

Access to Nicheloom requires an active subscription. All prices are in USD and billed monthly via Stripe.

• Free trial: Every new subscription begins with a 7-day free trial. A valid payment method is required to start the trial. You will not be charged until the trial ends. Cancel before day 7 and you owe nothing.
• Plans: Basic, Pro, and Premium plans are available. Each plan includes a monthly quota of AI previews and spec file generations. Unused quota does not roll over.
• Claiming ideas: Claiming an idea is a separate one-time purchase at $24.99. Claiming removes the idea from the public listing so no other user can build it. It does not grant any intellectual property rights.
• Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time. Access continues until the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds are issued for unused time.

Ideas listed on Nicheloom are for informational and inspirational purposes only. We do not guarantee that any idea is original, patentable, commercially viable, or free from third-party rights. You are solely responsible for conducting your own due diligence before building any product.

Nicheloom retains all rights to the ideas, pain point data, and related content in the library. Generating a preview or claiming an idea does not transfer any intellectual property to you.

Previews and spec files are generated by Anthropic's Claude API. AI-generated content may contain errors, inaccuracies, or incomplete information. You use AI-generated content at your own risk. Nicheloom makes no warranty as to the accuracy, completeness, or fitness for purpose of any generated output.

You agree not to:

• Scrape, crawl, or systematically download content from Nicheloom.
• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any regulations.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Service or its infrastructure.
• Reproduce or redistribute idea content or AI-generated output for commercial resale.

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. We do not warrant that any idea is legally protectable or commercially viable.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Nicheloom and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

We may update these terms from time to time. We will note the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Nicheloom operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.
