Refund Policy

We want you to be satisfied with Nicheloom. This policy explains when refunds are available for credit purchases.

Credits are consumed when you generate an AI preview, generate a CLAUDE.md spec file, or claim an idea. Because these actions involve real costs (AI API calls, infrastructure), credits that have already been spent are non-refundable.

Unused credits may be refunded within 14 days of purchase if you have not used any credits from that purchase and have a valid reason. Contact us at support@nicheloom.com with your account email and the Stripe receipt.

• A technical error on our side caused credits to be deducted without the feature completing (e.g., a failed generation that consumed credits).
• You were charged twice for the same purchase.
• You contact us within 14 days of purchase and have not spent any credits from that pack.

• Credits have already been used to generate previews, spec files, or claim ideas — even if you are not satisfied with the AI-generated output.
• More than 14 days have passed since the purchase date.
• The refund request is for dissatisfaction with an idea's commercial viability or the AI output quality in general (AI generation is inherently variable).

AI-generated previews and CLAUDE.md files are produced by a large language model and may not always meet your expectations. We do not guarantee any specific output quality. If a generation fails entirely due to a technical error (e.g., you see an error message instead of output), contact us and we will restore the spent credits.

Email support@nicheloom.com with:

• Your account email address.
• The date of purchase and amount.
• The reason for your refund request.

We will respond within 3 business days. Approved refunds are processed via Stripe and typically appear within 5–10 business days depending on your card issuer.
