Refund Policy

Overview
We want you to be satisfied with Nicheloom. This policy explains when refunds are available for subscriptions and idea claims.
Free trial
Every new subscription includes a 7-day free trial. If you cancel before the trial ends, you will not be charged at all. No refund request is needed — simply cancel from your Settings page before day 7.
Subscriptions
Subscription charges are non-refundable. When you cancel, your access continues until the end of the current billing period — you will not lose access immediately. We do not issue partial refunds for unused days in a billing cycle.
Exception: if you were charged due to a technical error on our side (e.g., charged twice, charged after a confirmed cancellation), contact us and we will issue a full refund for the erroneous charge.
Idea claims
Claim purchases are non-refundable. When you claim an idea, it is immediately removed from the public listing — this action cannot be undone. Because the exclusive availability is consumed at the moment of claiming, no refund can be issued.
When we will issue a refund
- You were charged twice for the same subscription or purchase.
- You were charged after a confirmed cancellation or after your trial ended but before any access was used.
- A technical error on our side caused a charge that should not have occurred.
- An AI generation failed entirely due to a server error (you saw an error instead of output) — we will restore the quota consumed.
When we will not issue a refund
- You are dissatisfied with the quality of an AI-generated preview or spec (AI output is inherently variable and we do not guarantee specific results).
- You did not cancel before the trial ended.
- You forgot to cancel before the next billing cycle.
- You claimed an idea and changed your mind.
- More than 14 days have passed since the charge in question.
How to request a refund
Email support@nicheloom.com with:
- Your account email address.
- The date of the charge and the amount.
- A brief description of the issue.
We will respond within 3 business days. Approved refunds are processed via Stripe and typically appear within 5–10 business days depending on your card issuer.
