Waxum is a production-grade WhatsApp REST API gateway written in Rust - a single binary with 130+ endpoints across 22 modules. Multi-session, multi-DB (SQLite/Postgres/MySQL). Send messages, media, polls and broadcasts; manage groups; make voice and video calls with a native MLOW codec plus Edge TTS. Webhooks with HMAC signing, circuit breaker and DLQ. Built-in ops console, Prometheus metrics, Swagger docs, and optional NATS JetStream event fan-out.
